The problem is that Negro is a superior term than black and both are superior to African American. Black has many negative connotations; black death, black heart; etc., Negro (derived from the Spanish Negra) has none of that bad stuff attached to it.

African American is even worse a description than black because it's so wordy and inaccurate. Colin Powell may have shafted McCain and endorsed Obama, but he's not African American because his family is from the West Indies and not Africa.

interesting, too, that it JUST leaked out that Biden and Clinton both want obummer to take a tougher stance on Iran. He’s turning on them, joking but serious...they may both be gone soon but I hope it’s the other way around.

I’ll take Biden ALL DAY LONG as president. If obummer is out, the entire govt becomes catatonic and NOTHING will get done, so I’m not worried about biden’s bumbling.
