This is a ten minute video of Governor Palin speaking to troops in Kosovo yesterday. It was obviously taken by one of the troops. It's 10 minutes long. If you're in a hurry, skip to the last minute to see Governor Palin respond to John Kerry's lame joke by making one of her own.
