I was scared: Chip actually asked a hard question, Gibbs continues the propaganda and media control that would put Goebbels to shame, and then Helen’s close up. It was TRIPLE scary!!!

When Helen hits the nail on the head, we should support it, and she really hit the nail this time.

I guess the old cuss isn’t getting her preferred chair and the first slobbering question at the WH pressers. If she was, she wouldn’t be opening her stupid liberal yap.

Helen has yelled : “The emperor has no clothes!”
Let's see how long it takes the rest of MSM to realize it.

When I find myself cheering for Helen, and then go through threads posted on FR with “you go girl” posts - it’s unusual. Stopped clock notwithstanding, it’s not a good sign for Obama administration.

A quick skim through it shows they’re just as supportive of her tenacity over the “transparency” issue as we are.

Gibbs looked like a complete moron for pretending to miss the point they were making. How can that boob keep his job? Rodney King would be less of an embarrassment as press secretary.

The good thing about Helen Thomas making this criticism is that Obama basically has to take it. He or his administration would look bad beating up on the old woman.
To: Tolik
It's curious indeed. (Interesting movie BTW)
FR tries to be fair and balanced in their opinions. Unlike the Washington press corp.
"Thank you" Helen!!!

I guess Helen has never studied Marxists. Once they get into power, their “progressive” allies that don’t sufficiently toe the party line become “counter-revolutionaries”.
Helen, you useful idiot, your reeducation camp awaits.

FreeRepublic commonly supports truth. Amen. I'm not holding my breath Ms. Thomas has experienced a greater revelation her politics and subsequent journalistic malpractice enabled this national nightmare, but I can recognize she figured at least one thing out.

She and old Chipper actually did grill Gibby, but the problem is, they (nor the others) will EVER be consistent or negative enough to run down O's poll numbers.
For the most part, the press was with Hitler until the Russkies were in Berlin.

I was watching Star Wars Revenge of the Sith. The Republic is under attack. Senator Padme, (Luke and Leia's Mom) is in the Senate as freedoms are being curtailed and the Senate is applauding. Padme says, "Freedom is lost and the Senate is clapping?"
Now is the time for this little clip needs to be placed into anti Obama advertising!
