I'm with you on the daily grind in the media, but I'm not aware of a coordinated strategy to file frivolous lawsuits with the only purpose being to bankrupt someone.

Santorum repaid $ for his 5 (?) kids who were living in VA and being home schooled by his wife through an online school the State of PA runs for shut-ins, kids temporarily living out of state, etc. If the Senator from PA can’t claim that his kids are residents of PA living out-of-state because he has to have a residence near his work, who can? He just ended up repaying them with the local school district threatening him with lawsuits because they hammered him in the PA papers daily like he was stealing from the taxpayers. Yep, they ground him into nothingness, but it’s just an OLD left tactic, not a new one.
