Be my guest. It shouldn't be that long a list...
Labels aside, it certainly gives the Left a very clear indication of how to make her life miserable should she be elected to future office.
I saw a few of those too and wondered if they were just helping to pile on Palin in order to help clear the way for their candidate of choice.
Most are the Romneybots. I still suspect I was dealing with one last night though he disclaimed it. Romney will assuredly see this as a shot across his bow and react accordingly.
But, I still think the list will be relatively short (in terms of overall FR attendance). What we need is vigilance, determination, and take-no-prisoner attitudes.
Yep. I had a running commentary with one last night who I accused of being a Romneybot. He claimed not, uh, huh. They'll be around with their talking points. Regardless of her intentions yet to be made clear by her, Romney is going to feel this was a shot across his bow and act accordingly. Stay tuned...
Always makes you go....hmmmmm.
18. April 27: Contends Palin is misusing the governor's office for personal gain by securing unwarranted benefits and receiving improper gifts through the Alaska Fund Trust. The fund was recently established by supporters to help Palin pay off more than $500,000 in legal debts stemming from other ethics complaints, including troopergate. Complaint filed by Eagle River resident, Kim Chatman. Pending.
How ironic is that _____ ? These buttheads filed nearly 20 bogus complaints. Palin incurs massive legal expenses as a result. Then the Dems file a complaint essentially contenting she cheated by winning. I suggest openly on this forum that these people are heartless robot stooges for 0. Time to start filing formal complaints against the complainers.
Also a little bird told me Palin has an opportunity to make more money now than ever. As a former governor she can command over $ 50,000 per speech. Methinks the buttheads turned her into a money making machines.
I'm sure we expect a list of theirs within the next week, right?
They'll still have the job. Just because Sarah is stepping down doesn't mean they'll stop going after her. This is just something else to throw up once a week for the next 3 1/2 years.
Start with Tony Reszko - Chicago convicted scumbagman who bought Obama a house. Obama was a bought and owned member of the Machine and really no word from the press. That dwarfs anything Palin is accused of.
I have no doubt Romney sees Palin as the one substantial threat looming on the horizon. And regardless of her motives yesterday, her resignation will be seen by his camp as that warning shot. That’s the only way they can take it. To do otherwise would be foolish. So, we can expect more of the same. And it’s funny how the Romney camp appears in lock step with Democrat talking points under such circumstances. That’s very telling...
If you click on the link, you can see that Gov Palin has had a frivolous lawsuit filed against her at the rate of one every three weeks since July of 2008, or for a solid year now. It has cost her over a half million dollars to defend herself, not considering the value of her time and that of her staffers. All of this while the media has spent so much time over the past year trying to turn her and every member of her family into an object of public ridicule and scorn. How many of us could’ve withstood such an onslaught for as long as Sarah has? She’s a very strong lady, and a fighter. I’d like to believe that she isn’t done fighting, and that her new position in the private sector will give her time and space to reap a whirlwind on these democratic operatives and political enemies.
God bless Sarah Palin and her family. Our founders never intended that running for high office should be the equivalent of committing personal suicide.
One of my biggest fears is a repeat of the McCain nomination only with Romney. “They” are trying to pick our candidate for us again and this time, I’m praying we win with Sarah.
Yep. "They" feel entitled. And that's one of the biggest problems with Washington today. The entitlement factor has gotten way out of hand. It's up to us to rein them in at the ballot box. The question is, is America prepared to do that? Perhaps 4 years of Obama will make it more likely.
Exactly!
That is exactly what I told my hubby the other day. The media and the left has already decded that Romney is our nominee? I do not like nor does anyone I know who votes right like Romney.
Beginning next year, FR will go through the same cycle we did this past election season. Next year, because presidential election cycles have been extended way beyond reason. So we best be prepared and ready for what’s to come. Infighting, name calling, bickering and infiltration galore. Not only will the left be armed and active, but so will Republican camps, aiming at foisting their own candidates in a not-so-very nice way.
Oh...I’m absolutely ready. In fact, can’t wait for the enemy to “bring it on”. Let’s rock n’ roll.
I don't trust Romney. I will not vote for Romney if my life depends on it. This entire issue of going for a candidate who can "win" this past cycle had as much a part in the downfall of the Republican Party as anything. Anyone who touts this line this time will get my backhand.
