Video of Southfork Ranch (Dallas) TEA Party.

Although the media attempted to downplay the attendance, there was between 45 to 50,000 in attendance through the Fireworks show.

Pretty good turn out for "Astroturf" .

45 to 50,000? Huh? I live two miles from Southfork. There’s no way there were that many people there. 5000 maybe. I had to work, so I couldn’t go, but I drove by in the afternoon and later in the evening. But I’m sure the heat had a lot to do with the low attendance. Over 100 degrees and there’s not a lot of shade. They should do it again in April. Then I bet they’d get 50,000.

I’d say ther were 10,000. The line to get out was at least 5000 cars long.

OK, I could buy that. It’s certainly more encouraging than the Dallas Morning Snooze led me to believe. Thanks for the info.
