The unlawful federal government's takeover of the financial, banking and insurance industries was just a prelude to the planned complete unconstitutional Marxist takeover of all of America.

Your nearly trillion dollar per month spending habits have bankrupted our country. You're running up our taxes and the national debt, saddling future generations with enslaving burdens of taxes and debt that they can never repay.

You've taken over car manufacturing companies, illegally wiping out the stockholders, bondholders and distributors and awarding the remaining assets to the labor unions or other political cronies of your choice.

You are wasting trillions of our hard earned dollars on foolish and ill advised so-called attempts to stimulate the economy, but are actually being used to reward political cronies, criminal political organizations like ACORN, government employee unions, entrenched government employees, corrupt government officials, etc.

Your administrations, departments, agencies, bureaucracies and congressional offices are fraught with crime, graft, bribery, corruption, waste, ineptitude, incompetence and worse.

Your planned destruction of the oil, gas, coal and energy producing sectors will cripple our economy, raise costs for every product and service manufactured, provided, transported, or delivered in our nation.

Your idiotic socialist policies will increase our taxes, increase our costs at the wholesale and retail levels, bankrupt our businesses small and large, drive up unemployment, drive up foreclosures, drive up personal bankruptcies, cause banks to fail, drive up unemployment and entitlement costs and make it all but impossible for city, state and local governments to provide basic services.

Your incompetent, ill advised and cowardly foreign policies, international agreements to weaken our defense systems while at the same time crippling our heavy manufacturing, raw goods, transportation systems and our economy in general are making our nation a sweet target for our enemies who wish to destroy us.

And now you want to takeover our health care industry. You want to control our health insurance industry to the point that government has a monopoly. Drive out all private insurance and private health care providers. You want government bureaucrats making our personal health care decisions for us. You want government bureaucrats to make life and death decisions for us, determine who is worthy to receive health care and who should be allowed or even encouraged to die.

Well, sirs. This is the end of the line. The free American people will not allow this tyranny to stand!

Vote yea on this bill, sign it, try to enforce it and you are signing a declaration of war on we the people of the United States of America.

Advise you dust off and study the Declaration of Independence dated In Congress, July 4, 1776 to learn your fate.

Sgt 1st Class John C. Beale of Riverdale, Georgia graduated from Riverdale High School. He served in the United States Army from 1991 through 1994 and was a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He later joined the National Guard in 2005 after a strong desire to return to military service. His father is a former sailor and a military career was also John’s goal in life. In his civilian job, he worked for the Clayton County Water Authority. He was also very involved with the authority’s youth programs and liked to participate in career days at local schools. After John married he moved to McDonough, Georgia where he lived with his wife Crystal and their two children. John died at age 39 near Kapisa, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered from an improvised explosive device and small arms fire. John was a member of Eagle’s Landing First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Crystal; children, Christopher and Calye; father, William B. Beale; brothers, Michael and Timothy; grandfather, William R. Beale; father-in-law, David Collier; brother-in-law, David E. Collier among others. Major Kevin Jenrette and Specialist Jeffrey Jordan were also killed in the attack.

It's the type of video that steels one's resolve. That man deserves better from the country that sent him to foreign lands than what we have given him.

I have spoken with MANY senior citizens who now regret their blind support for “the Democrat” running for President. (remember social security scares)

Plan to pass some fliers out and give some phone numbers and ask them to use their retired time to GET ACTIVE.

When they find out about mandatory palliative care talks in this bill.....mandated by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT - and with a good graphic or two on a flier - could work wonders to get some more phone calls and letters and emails before this dastardly deal is done.

We mush appear at offices and door ways in HUGE HUGE numbers and put unbearable pressure on those in office who will abuse us .We need a leader and organization. My only regret is the characterization of all Democrats as evil. I would prefer to think of the wrongs being foisted on this country are by liberals (read socialists) that think with their feelings and many Americans that let liberals think for them baited by poison promises.

Socialism is truly a social disease that is allowed to fester under the guise of truth by our misguided Main Stream Media.

I fear we have some years to go before America either succumbs totally or there is blood in the streets.
