Even before the full destructive force of Barack Obama’s Marxist policies have been felt, a Detroit real estate agent reported selling a house for a single dollar. He had at least four more $1.00 homes, 1228 houses for sale at under $10,000 and 209 of them under $1,000! The median selling price of a house in Detroit has tumbled from $66,000 to $5,800 since 2002.
This pretty much says it all. No-one wants to live there!

Humm, $1...depending on the property tax cost it might just be worth buy a few. Someday they hit bottom...
