You could be closer to the truth than you know.
Some of the dialogue from the beer summit is now beginning to leak out...
Apparently at one point, Professor Gates slammed his fist down on the table and said, “You racist crackers are all buffoons!”
Biden then angrily stood up and confronted Gates, demanding that he take that remark back.
Gates turned to Biden and said “Why? Are you a racist cracker?”
Biden responded, “No, I’m a buffoon!”
Not to mention punishing Michele ma Belle with those two babies!
My overall take is this: No apologies were made, making way for “future talks,” Sgt. Crowley is in a tough spot having to remain professional, we still haven’t seen comments from Gates, Obama, or Biden, or spokeshole Gibbs.
I’d say I don’t think this thing is over yet, which was supposed to be the result of this “beer summit” for Obama. It put a temporary “uh, what?” on the issue, but there will be more. The “beer summit” didn’t bring about world peace, after Obama himself ignited the war.
They said they would talk over the phone.....like they were buddies or something.
Did you watch it? His body language said it all....it did not go well, nor solve anything.
I highly doubt they will meet again, let alone speak on the phone and become buddies.
Gates and omomma (along with the able and apparently willing help of Crowley and yet another wise latina) have successfully promoted Gates to a now national figure, to expand his race pimping. I’ll bet you that there is a TON of ordinary cops pissedoff right now.......

That could be interpreted in 2 ways- as the President and as a man.
Is it obvious to everyone else that the seating arrangement at the beer summit was designed to avoid the perception of “black v. white?” If it were only Obama, Gates, and Crowley, it would appear as a black majority giving more weight to the Gates’ perspective. So they threw Biden into the mix to even out the sides of the issue. Then they couldn’t have Obama seated next to his friend Gates because that would portray the perception of black versus white. The seating was all so choreographed for the media. Ridiculous.
Maybe I’m over-analyzing the situation, but it just seems so staged.
I went out and bought a bumper sticker that I had a sign company specially design and here is what it says:

And it WAS the dinner hour. Wonder if POTUS had the class to invite the men and their families to have a few sandwiches at the white house?

Look how CNN.com twists the story:

Notice how it doesn’t distinguish between 2 different police officers and 2 different stories, but makes it sound like Crowley was calling Gates a jungle monkey?
It is never reported these days that the perp is black.
Finally, a use for Biden. Do you think Biden was sitting at the table thinking Biden ‘10? I do.
NO, you’re not.
It's a hoot to watch those Security Alarm TV commercials where it's ALWAYS a white guy breaking into the house.
