The poll was conducted Wednesday to Sunday, July 22-26. Among those interviewed on Wednesday and Thursday, 53 percent of whites approved of Obama's job performance. This slipped to 46 percent among whites interviewed Friday through Sunday as the Gates story played out. Obama made his comments the night of July 22 — a Wednesday.
In polling of racial minorities and Hispanics, Obama's approval with that group of respondents rose from 63 percent among those interviewed Wednesday and Thursday to 74 percent among those interviewed Friday through Sunday.
Obama's overall job approval in the poll was 54 percent, down from 61 percent in a mid-June Pew poll.
Among the 124 blacks surveyed, the poll showed Obama's overall job approval at 93 percent in mid-June and 85 percent in July. Among 1,170 whites polled, 52 percent approved of Obama's job performance in mid-June, and in July, 48 percent

I know it is AP which makes the results even worse would be my guess. The racist stepped in it this time and proves what a lot of us were saying that you couldn’t sit in Rev Wright’s Church for 20 years and not agree with the Hate Whitey preaching of Wright. ZERO’s true colors came out for all to see.
Furthermore Professor Henry Louis Gates [ whose ancestry actually traces back mainly to Europe ] has made a living out of accusing America of being racist.
I hate it when racists miscalibrate their words.
