I think you’ve found a “smoking gun” here! I’m just catching up on all this after a good night’s sleep, but it appears from this and other evidence of the layering that the Australian BC is probably a fake.

Relevent? It's a slam dunk that someone played with the text entries using a modern “1” instead of the small “L” (l) off of a typewriter of the era for the Aussie original doc.

Would it make a difference that the seal people are saying is fake on the Kenya birth certificate is much smaller than the seal on the Australian one? I mean if they are claiming it was the same document and people just superimposed font on the “real” Australian one...

Probably nothing.

This is just a little off subject - I saved the entire Honolulu Star-Bulletin newspaper declaring Hawaii Statehood in 1959.

It's hard to hide every thing. Obama’s crew will leave some trails no mater how hard they work.

The really basic moral question is this...:

Why should the American people tolerate a man who chooses to and makes major efforts to hide his past?"

And whose rhetoric talks of openness...?

Hey guys, the 10th with the old style of using the lower case L is different as was pointed out by wndawmn666, but look at the 1 in all the other areas as pointed out.
It’s EXACTLY the same one in the font I posted that the other letters are in, Office Memorandum AOE. The #1 is distinct in this font because it’s like a little upside L. You see how the top of the #1 goes straight to the left?

Look at post 6129 and see if you can see what I mean. This confirms to me that it IS the COMPUTER font of Office Memorandum AOE and not a typewriter.

Thanks. Duly added:

I believe it is the only law with a legal definition of natural born citizen congress has ever passed.

Note that it is distinct from merely being born on American soil.

It was replaced by a 1795 law that is mute as to what natural born citizen means.

Spaulding ~ True, and when you say replaced, I believe some may need that clarified; The 1790 Act was a mistake, and replaced with a specific acknowledgment that the use of “natural born citizen” was incorrect. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2306351/posts?page=6063#6063

Hooray for Captain Spaulding!

The odds are becoming greater that the Aussie exhibit was latered from an original. The original woul dhave been sufficient to raise rserious doubts regarding the Kenyan exhibit. Odds are, both exhibits as presented on the Internet are fraudulent.

To date, no actual newspaper from the period and day has surfaced. The ONLY source for the microfiche imagery seems to be the e-mail sent to Atlas Shrugs. Replacing the microfiche squares at a few libraries carrying archives of the newspapers woul dnot even be difficult. One person could accomplish it in a matter of a few days travel time once the first copy was completed as a template.

Some are suggesting that the typewriter used for the Aussie BC actually had a #1 to use and that whomever was typing the document used the real 1 for the 10th and then fell back into the old habit of using the lower case l on the rest of the document.

That comment is post #20 here with links to several 1960s era typewriters that have an actual #1 available for use:

The Australian BC is fraudulent on so many items, I am stunned that we are giving it 1 second of our time. As 3 very simple tests:

Google the ‘Taylors” address - doesn't exist - name changed?

Google the hospital name - doesn't exist - name changed?

Coat of arms - what is it?

Since early typewriters didn’t have ones and zeros, ones were typed as lower case Ls.

Perhaps habit kicked in?

More to the point, the text goes right over folds without a hiccup.

You are speaking CURRENTLY. Kenya used (d) pence until 1966 when they changed to make the shilling split by cents.

A person claiming to have gone into a HI library sent the images to Texas Darlin. Andy Martin can add some light to this, if he would have an FR name and post his extensive data obtained first hand during his work in HI trying to run down the morsels.
