This morning Drudge had the headline "Dear Leader" under the giant picture of Obama in front of the white house. Apparenty the picture was created by using 4th graders as a source of slave labor.

I think the situations are quite comparable. To many in Germany, Hitler was low-life and declasse. However there were many to which his toxic mixture of nationalism, racism, and yes, hope and change were exactly what people wanted to hear.

Drudge enrages and engages on several fronts--the Joker Poster, the video of Obama threatening private health care, and now a headline challenging Toes.

The article claimed there were 1000 4th grade students. Taking a classroom size of 25 students, that would be 40 classrooms. That takes a lot of effort on the part of adults to "honor" Obama and we are seeing way too much of it in the U S.

The picture is still there, it’s over in the right column. It reminds me of the picture of Mao in Tiananmen Square, Beijing. Very fitting, I think.

Yeah, as a kid I wondered how he could be charismatic and beloved. He looked pasty, paunchy and unattractive, sported that silly mustache, and did a lot of screaming.

I also found the Holocaust hard to believe--that such a thing could happen and the general population did nothing about it. Now I'm watching US Jews trying to bring about a new Holocaust in Israel...now I understand a lot more about Germany.

That picture makes me sick..it reminds me of what I saw in churches in France....as people were putting up their offering and candles and such ..and then they would touch a statute

I grew up thinking..how in the world could Hitler have risen to power...and now I am seeing it right before my eyes.

It is even more startling given in this day and age the internet is available for research.

I think people are starting to wake up..including some in the media.
