This effort by the Obama administration is very little about health care; it is much more about remaking America in the image of socialism and marxism. Health care is merely the vehicle. This is a fight for the survival of America. I think that we must wage this war for our survival in any peaceful means that we can. But I fear that it will soon become violent. We need a dialog between ourselves about what we really think about that. The founders of this country had to think about that. And they decided that they wanted liberty or death. We are headed in the same direction with the same decisions to make. We need vigorous discussion now to build a solid platform, built on wisdom, from which future actions are taken. The time is now!

I’m glad you posted that. I have been thinking that is a good theme song for us. It has been running through my mind since the first Tea Party last April 15.
But I haven’t suggested it to anybody for fear of ridicule and misunderstanding.

You’re correct.....this is NOT a schoolyard dispute...
our ENTIRE country is at stake!
What I want to know is, how will the Democrat healthcare proposals effect the unions, with their massive healthcare and pension liabilities.
I would bet you, dollars to donuts, that the biggest effect of every Democrat proposal will be to relieve the unions of these burdens.
Of course, the membership will be screwed, but that can’t be helped. Life is hard, and it’s harder when you’re stupid.
