Civil unrest grips U.S.
Homeland Stupidity Blog ^ | August 10, 2009 | Michael Hampton

The debate over health care reform has turned violent in the last week as protesters on both sides of the issue clashed in cities across the country, revealing a long-simmering civil unrest.

{Cut}

As it turns out, it was the so-called liberals, actually union thugs, instigating the fights. In Tampa, SEIU goons attacked senior citizens who came out because they quite rightly feel that the health care reform proposal threatens their ability to obtain health care.

{Cut}

Make no mistake, the civil unrest brewing here is not exclusively over the health care issue. That is simply the spark which made it visible. A deep division runs through this country along ideological lines, with one group believing they have the right to the labor of the other, and that other group, after having lived with the parasites on their backs for so long, finally beginning to perceive where it must end. The parasites are obviously unhappy about the possibility that their hosts will finally say “Enough!” and cast them off, and they have become violent. Thus labor union members viciously attack senior citizens, and the media parasites pretend not to notice who threw the first punch.

The parasites, masquerading as saviors of the human race and offering “free health care for all,” along with all of the other “free” stuff which has nearly cannibalized the productive workers who are forced to pay for it, are not likely to give up their ideology, since it benefits them by giving them power and control in addition to “free” stuff. The workers, now seeing their very lives placed in jeopardy by the policies of people like Ben Bernanke and Barack Obama, seem indisposed to continue quietly suffering. Unless one side or the other gives up, this state of affairs can only end one way.

Every time we elect the lesser of two evils, we elect someone slightly more evil than the last lesser evil.

They are expendable.......I didnt elect them and I didnt ask anyone to take care of me. Hold them accountable, make them afraid to come home. Until they fear the voters, then its back to the old blame game. Like the man said last week, if peaceful means dont work, then violent means are inevitable.

I would rather believe it was ACORN goons with the MSM calling them union thugs. They don’t want people finding out what the stimulus funded to the tune of 3.5 billion $.

I have really pondered that for the last week. I think it is partly just the way they are used to doing business and partly their total lack of understanding of how pissed citizens are. As far as I can tell it is mostly the ones who are facing election next year that started the meetings first. However, Nazi Pelosi made a hugh mistake yesterday with the op-ed piece and if the tone continues that dissent is un-American there will e a big change in DC next year. too late to fix this damage.

Just a thought not directed at anyone in particular - If someone goes to any kind of protest and exercises their 2nd ammendment right - Stand in the mirror before you go. Make sure you are truly concealed carrying. To a trained eye - concealed maybe not be what you think it is. There are so many ways to conceal a weapon that can fool a trained eye.

I would hate to be the innocent bystander that a group of union thugs picks out for an example. If you are there making your voice heard in a peaceful way, I'm just saying be prepared if the purple, red or brownshirts decides to make you the focus of their marching orders.

A victim a terrible thing to be.

I cant wear pants with a belt due to my back, I generally always wear a tactical style vest for my wallet etc. when I carry it is a light .380, because of my back and because, even the good vest I got with the holster prints all my hand guns except the .380.

problem with tactical vests is that people think your probably carrying when you wear em.

This may be a tough sell but nothing would make better viewing on the 6:00 news than a bunch of union thugs or Acorn pukes shoving around or even beating up senior citizens. This scene would make them look just like what they really are and average Americans when seeing this would turn against Obama, Polosi and Reid and the rest of the Dem's. So, if you are up for it seasoned citizens, go to those townhall meeting regardless, speak your mind and take a punch for your country.

Typical leftist comments regarding the article:

1)”Our tax dollars also pay for the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan.”

2) Our tax dollars also pay for the “Billions & Billions” of dollars in aid to Israel each year but I don’t see people jumping up and down screaming about “THAT MONEY”.

3) Let’s be real, Government is there to “Redistribute the Wealth” and provide needed services for the “people”.

4) If it were not so we wouldn’t have:

A)“Social Security”(PONZI SCHEME)
B) a “Standing Army”,
C) “Postal Service”(Going broke),
D) A “National Weather Bureau”(weather channel does it cheaper),
E) “Center for Disease Control”,

These social programs (socialism anyone?) don’t pay for themselves, we do! For the benefit of ALL not just for a few! Most Americans are just to stupid to make the connection.

.380 is a bad surprise to any POS that crawls on it's belly. SOB is a good carry position. A good shoulder carry rig is good too and easy to conceal with a loose shirt. Boot holster is also good but as you can imagine, a little tough to draw.

Don't think only firearm. Neck knife is better than nothing. A sleek boot knife is good not only for the boot but can be attached to your vest with little or no detection. Something I call a T-knife can be put in a belt, collar or anywhere you have about a 2 inch space that can be assessable in a hurry. How about pepper spray or OC? A 4 oz. can fits nicely on a key chain. It can come in mist, gel or any other form you may need. Those old fashioned stun guns are good too, only problem is, you have to get close to the thug. Being prepared for a kick to the groin or gouging out a thugs eyeballs is something to consider.

I'm just saying, be prepared for the worst - because in my world, that is what usually happens.

“1) Sky is falling because /fill in the blank/. We must act now.
2) Activists, lobbyists, Bugs Bunny write a 1000 pages of freedom robbing legislation which no one has read.
3) We must act right now, we don’t have time to debate. Afterall, the sky is falling.
4) House passes massive freedom robbing legislation with billions upon billions of dollars in deficit spending.”

Don’t forget:
5) Passed freedome robbing legislation is effective in 2013 or later....

I saw a card last night that had the message

“no carry = no money”

in symbols. Basically, it was the “no weapons” sign, circle/slash over a gun = circle/slash over a $20.

Hand one of these to the owner/manager of the store & tell him he’s made his store and his customers targets for any and all armed thugs looking for a soft spot.
