Talk to her doc. Find out if she is positive for COX-2 expression. Consider enteric coated aspirin 325 milligram tablets, once daily. Aspirin's usual adverse effects are gastro-intestinal ulcers and bleeding from those those ulcers as well as impaired kidney function. Those adverse effects are usually dose dependent, but genetic predisposition can't be ignored.

IIRC, my sister has stage 1B or 2A, the primary lesion and one out twelve positive lymph nodes.
