Obama is speaking before the VFW now. Except for a dozen people or so, they are sitting on their hands. Vets know who the real Obama is. Occasional applause for apple pie statements. For the most part, silence.
They should stand at attention, then turn their backs.
“I promise that no veteran’s healthcare will be compromised by my new bill. I promise that no new paperwork will affect any veteran’s healthcare. I promise that no veterans will see any drop in their benefits and I am so directing my secretary of veterans affairs.” Two rows of Obama appointees applaud; from the rest, silence. LOL!
“Next time, TOTUS will upgraded with a sound track of thunderous applause”
Actually the way things are going a laugh track is in order!

Obama’s stumbling now. Speaking with the passion of someone reading the directions to a lawn trimmer. Now he’s talking about Normandy, Arnheim, and Battle of the Bulge. Mentions a vet who participated and got bronze medal. “True patriotism is not boisterous or loud.” (Is there ANY better look into the soul of this pitiful clown?) “Instead, it’s about quiet and attending to fellow veterans.” The vet finally passed away in his sleep, “quietly.” (IOW, SHUT UP about being patriotic). Ugh.
