In response, a Facebook group called, “Boycott Whole Foods,” ...

There a many quasi-Americans who would happily see our country ripped to shreds if only they could get a piece ripped off for themselves.

I just might go into Whole Foods on Sunday and shop up a storm. There are no end of things to buy that I like.

"A visual message meaning 'The wheels are coming off?'"

Or a visual message meaning don't drive stoned?

Why?

Did they sign some agreement?

"Yet, those same people are paying $18 a pound for organic grass fed beef"

Was it on sale half off?

Olive oil! Oh goodie! Now you’ve gone and inspired me, Kolokotronis!

Any other Greek-type stuff you want to turn me on to? Hey, I’m here to learn.

My experience with Whole Foods have been positive: first and foremost, they have an excellent, world-class cheese selection.

Also, their prepared foods, while not inexpensive, are generally very well done. It's a great place to splurge on an impromptu picnic.

Their bargains can be astonishing. The best deal that I have had on wine was at a Whole Foods --- I received a case price even on heavily discounted wine.

Whole Foods also has an excellent beer selection, and they stock more Belgian beers than most liquor stores.

Maybe both :)

Buy a nice, small, round watermelon. Cube about 1/4 of it, sprinkle the cubes with fresh mint and serve with with feta cheese chunks and nice very cold white wine, like maybe a Washington State Riesling. Its a favorite this time of year down in the old country (except of course for the Riesling).

Our family ate there tonight. Good food, fairly priced and no protesters. Pretty good for Chapel Hill!

Thanks! As one poster suggested, maybe the car accident was a metaphor for obamacare’s “Wheels coming off,” or it might be juat a visual message meaning “Don’t drive stoned!”
