With the oceans being warmer, I guess we can expect CO2 to evaporate at a more rapid rate from these waters than in the past, resulting in a higher concentration in the atmosphere. Probably no relationship. The bulk of the rise is man made since the isotop ratios roughly match the isotope ratios in fossil fuels.
