I noticed that there was no response from the Obama defenders to you post.

I suppose it made too much sense.

I'm active duty. I have a problem with people violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Problem. the problem may be on top of the chain of command.

On Aug 25 I posted:

Wiki has a color-coded global map of countries using different date formats and Kenya jumps out all by itself (in purple) as using two formats, one of which matched the Lucas Smith video. It would be possible for Wiki to have been hacked and those with “way-back” investigative skills might want to see how long ago Kenya was shown as using two date formats.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_format#Date_format

List of the world locations by date format in use:
Kenya (d/m/yyyy and m/d/yyyy)

On Aug 27, after Lucas Smith posted on his YouTube site the same Wiki dual format info that he found on FR in my post or on his own, I observed and posted the following:

An Obot named “Mystylplx” was forced to admit that after this information was posted on Lucas Smith’s Youtube site, she(?) hacked the Wiki date format page and removed the dual date format listing for Kenya, although the color-coded map still shows Kenya in purple as a dual date format country. This would seem to show some hypersensitivity on this point, which shouldn’t worry “them” if it weren’t true.

They “cost” a lot less than the ineligible usurper failing to provide ANY documentation to the AMERICAN citizens.

Documentation isn’t required to be provided anywhere in the statutes or Constitution that I know of. When it is then that becomes a point.

The requirement is a failure of our system that needs to be corrected and address either through legislation or an amendment to the Constitution. Until then who does the qualifiying certification? Congress, each state, Electoral College?

If you get an order from your commanding officer and you have reason to believe that your commanding officer is not, in fact, a sworn member of the armed services but is an imposter, then are you obligated to obey that order and if not, how would you go about determining whether or not the order is lawful?

Would you not be entitled to be presented with evidence that the man giving you the orders is lawfully authorized by the military or the constitution to give those orders?

I thought a military lady doctor filed a case in Texas courts?

Same doctor. Temporary restraining order filed last Friday. TRO denied the following day.

Above all, Plaintiff is not a coward, she is not engaged in mutiny, sedition, insubordination, contempt, disrespect, or any Case

A court martial may determine that.

The military generally takes a dim view of soldiers who decide for themselves if their commanding officer is legitimate and if his or her orders are valid.

his captain, like Major Cook, have a question that begs tehm to violate their conscience-and you have a problem with that?

If their conscience prevents them from following orders then I suggest they resign their commissions. Problem solved.

This is not sedition, nor is it mutiny.

Yeah, it is:

ART. 94. MUTINY OR SEDITION
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who--

(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;

(2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition;

(3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.

(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.

Show me where in the UCMJ it prohibits soldiers from civil lawsuits?

Nowhere. She's within her rights to file any suit she wants. But she's expected to obey orders in the interim. If she refuses to go then she can be charged with any number of violations of the UCMJ.

If you ordered a private to shoot your general and he refuses, then he WILL NOT be charged with insubordination.

If you order the private to report for duty and he refuses, then he will be. The military takes a dim view of members who decide for themselves what orders are lawful and what are not. Don't believe me? Google Micheal New or Ehren Watada and see what happens.

1. The State of Hawaii has authenticated his Certificate of Live Birth. That is game, set, match. Don't feed me the "he won't show the long form version" bullcrap. Not buying. Certified copies of State records are presumptively authentic in all courts of law. 2. Even assuming that Pres. Obama was illegitimate - that doesn't make the orders for her to deploy illegal. SecDef Gates, and other personnel confirmed by Congress - NOT the President - cut her orders. They are legal. NO ONE has seen a copy of his BC, including the state of Hawaii, they have no right to see it without Bozo's permission and can only confirm there is a BC.

As for this woman being a coward, you have no proof of that, you have no proof that she is not sincere in her beliefs and you are wrong that her orders are legal even if he is NOT the legal CIC. All orders ultimately originate with the President.

If you are a five star general and you are driving onto a military base, if the corporal at the gate doesn't ask you to show your papers, then he is likely to get demoted.

Even a General has to show his papers. Why doesn't the commander in chief have to show his?

I'm done here. I got better things to do than waste my 4-day weekend on fools.

But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. (Mat 5:22)

So the Nazis said at Nuremberg. Must have been first year stuff in their law school. Apparently you attended the same one that they did.

The Kenyan government's Office of Public Communication is using dd/mm/yyyy on this page. But in 1961 I doubt they would have been using a four-digit year (that practice became widespread after the Y2K computer date scare). In any case, Lucas Smith's forgery has the day in the middle, a format mainly associated with the US.

Mystylplx's wiki edits provoked some consternation in the Wikipedia page's discussion area:

Kenya uses both?

Does anyone have a citation for that? Neither citation given supports this idea, plus it seems rather absurd. No one would know what any date meant. Would 8/7/09 be Aug. 7th? Or July 8th? Mystylplx (talk) 02:26, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

Been looking and can't find a single reference to Kenya using middle endian other than this wikipedia page. The citation given on the page leads to a Microsoft page, which doesn't say anything about date formats, and wouldn't count as an authoritative source even if it did. All the examples on Kenyan sites I could find use little endian. This point will be getting some controversy since the latest Kenyan BC for Obama uses middle endian dates, and as I said, this wikipedia page seems to be the sole source on the internet claiming Kenya uses that format. Just a heads up. Mystylplx (talk) 05:03, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

Absolutely. But George Bush, Bill Clinton and DOD did not exert improper command influence to short circuit the court martial of those two. I am certain Hussein and/or his top level associates took action to have Stefan Cook’s orders changed. Hussein will NOT chance that a judge will allow the discovery motions that Cook’s or Rhodes legal defense might require.

He is too much of a punk ass coward to roll that dice.
