At a half million jobs per week, or 2 million jobs lost per month, Can the upward pressure published with .10% accuracy stay below 10%?

The Obama administration is taking a lesson from the French government. The Joker messes with .10% of unemployment and the French do the same with GNP. A .10% change is ballyhood when the measurement precision is a full 2% or 3% at best.

They are presenting numbers outside the limits of their ability to measure

These numbers do not count those who have dropped off the unemployment roles. It does not count those who have given up looking for a job. It does not count those who could only find part time work even though they need full time work. Government numbers are designed to mislead in a big way.

the reason I ask was when the August unemployment number was released I could’ve swore on FOX they said 1.3m unemployed with lose their benefits next month and won’t be counted into the unemployment figure....
