Beck is ok for light listening. But he’s just not anywhere near levin or rush for intelligence. I’ve never been able to get through an entire show of glenn beck...a little too silly and a little too loopy. I still like him though. For about 45 minutes.
Me too. After about 45 minutes I find myself thinking I’m just like the little kid digging through a huge pile of horse manure. When asked why he was doing that the kid replied “With that much horseshit there just has to be a pony in there somewhere.”
You would be 100% accurate on this post about a year ago or more but not so much today,IMHO. His show is getting better and better in every facet the more (big league)experience he gets.
Lacking intelligence! He knows more than just about anyone when it comes to American History and how it applies to today... you can dislike his delivery of the message, but there is no denying he understands the message he delivers.
That's my problem with Beck. There just isn't enough substance for me. Also, I find Beck's style a little irritating with all the
Deep
Dramatic
Pauses.
Radio station in Nashville used to carry Liddy - then switched to Beck. I turned my radio off. I see some things haven’t changed. He’s hysterical - and I don’t mean funny.
I agree......but I can only watch about 6 minutes.
Beck is reading good stuff and saying good things......but he's a mormon.
Can't get that outta my mind.
BS. Rush never had a plan like the 912 project.
Levin is good in monologues. Very informative, clear and logical. As a host engaging in conversation - he is a bully, mostly incoherent.
Prager and Medved are the best in letting opponents hang themselves, politely but lethally.
Rush is excellent up to the point of going into his self-aggrandizing shtick. I can see how it can turn off an accidental listener who has not developed an appreciation of him yet. But hey, Rush is #1, so what do I know.
Both Levin and Beck claim to be #3, and I think that is the source of conflict.
To me, the more, the better. I appreciate all of them, as different as they are.
