Anyone out there remember how the WASHINGTON POST had a FIELD DAY for seven or eight weeks in a ROW because some lib kid brought a video camera to a political rally, taunted a Republican Senator (Allen), got him to make a small verbal flub, and then rebroadcast that "citizen journalist" stuff over and over and over and over until the guy was driven from office after enjoying an early, insurmountable lead. They made a mountain out of a mole hill. In ACORN, they are making a mole hill out of a mountain. They should be ashamed of themselves as Americans.

This Washington Post is waaaay late to the game, is full of CRAP and they should be FREEPED on account of it. The ACORN story had to do with both US TAX DOLLARS and CRIMINAL PROSTITUTION OF ILLEGAL ALIEN MINORS, compared to one word issued from a Senator they blew the living hell out of. They sat on this ACORN corruption story, they SPIKED it, because it is NOT IN THEIR INTEREST TO REPORT IT, TO REPORT THE TRUTH.

Just the threat, and very credible one, that there’s more tape has the left paralyzed.

Breitbart no doubt has a good strategy for releasing the other videos, and we can be confident there’s some new angles on them.

I sincerely HOPE that O’Keefe and Giles got some ACORN folks on tape discussing voter fraud. That’s the nuke — and if it exists he’s wise to hold off on using it until he sees how the battle lines shape up after the prostitution videos.

I don’t see how O’Keefe and Giles could not have contemplated including stinging on the voter fraud angle. After all, in San Diego they adapted their script to include the illegal immigration angle.

Do you think for a minute that the IRS wouldn't come after ANY legitimate business that had not paid their 941 taxes?

These are YOUR taxes that employers withhold from your paycheck and forward to the Treasury Dept with a matching contribution for FICA and Medicare.

You can argue with the IRS over deductions and sometimes income, but 941 tax non-payment will leave your hide nailed to the wall, before the penalties.

Being a citizen is not the same as a natural born citizen. A natural born citizen is born in the US to two citizen parents... this requirement is to prevent conflict of interest in the president (and vice-president).

So called 'anchor babies' are given citizenship because of a deliberate misinterpretation of the 14th amendment "all persons, born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States."

The 14th amendment (ratified in 1868)was to ensure the citizenship of children of freed slaves after the Civil War.

Children born to illegal aliens are not 'under the jurisdiction' of the US, and therefore are not citizens.

After my grandfather died and grandma came to live in the US she became a naturalized citizen, I have her papers..my mother being born here was already a citizen she had a US birth certificate. Now she was born in 1910 in Ohio...Grandma became a citizen 1943. But does not the requirement for president require a natural born citizen in the US or a person born to a citizen who is outside of the US? and I can’t help but wonder why there is so much confusion all of a sudden, Well yes I can, a democrate that lies is now president..

Simply being born her is not enough to be a citizen. Being born here only means the US is your place of birth. The 14th amendment specifies that one must also be 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof'. The 14th amendment has been purposely misinterpreted to flood the country with illegal aliens (another long story).

If you are born to an illegal alien, you are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US, but the jurisdiction of the illegal alien's country of citizenship.

I was born in NYC to a citizen and a legal resident alien, therefore there is no question about my citizenship, but since once of my parents was not a citizen, I am eligible for dual passports and not eligible to run for president. My loyalty could be compromised.

As to being born to two citizens, outside the US, that question was brought up by Obama re McCain who present all his 'papers' to congress, and congress declared he was natural born since he was born to two citizens living outside the US while his father served in the military.

To make it more complicated, IIRC, the dual passport thing, varied over time, and with the country of origin of the legal resident alien.

As cynical as the founding fathers were about human nature, I doubt they foresaw the level of duplicity and corruption we are experiencing (by the elite of both parties IMHO).
