Iran broke international law by not disclosing sooner its recently revealed uranium enrichment site, the head of the United Nation's nuclear watchdog agency said.

But the U.N. does not have credible evidence that Iran has an operational nuclear weapons program, Mohamed ElBaradei of the International Atomic Energy Agency said Tuesday.

"Iran has been on the wrong side of the law in so far as to inform the agency at an earlier date," ElBaradei told CNN's sister station in India, CNN-IBN. "Iran was supposed to inform us on the day it was decided to construct the facility. They have not done that."

Iran's 2005 defense budget was estimated to be $6.2 billion by London's International Institute for Strategic Studies. This was $91 per capita, a lower figure than other Persian Gulf nations, and lower as a percentage of gross national product than all other 'Persian Gulf states except the United Arab Emirates.[1] [16] This makes Iran's ranking the 67th largest defense expenditure globally

According the George Steponallofus - the candidate Obama before the election was aware of the facilities. President Bush briefed congress that told him — no money of any kind would be allocated to do anything about it.

Clearly, our government knew and did nothing. Now there is a “crisis” Sorry, I am not going to believe it.

OK, better call the International Police... Oh that's right, that job has always been outsourced to the U.S. Military.

Whoopy. The IAEA will give Iran a $500 Ticket and be done with it.

And that's about all they're good for. A Meter Maid has more police power. At least they can Boot your car. The IAEA can't even put a padlock on the door.
