Obama's deputy national security adviser resigns

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama's deputy national security adviser has called it quits. The White House says Mark Lippert is leaving the administration to return to active duty in the U.S. Navy.
Obama said in a statement Thursday that he was not surprised when Lippert broke the news because he is "passionate about the Navy."

As a Navy man and man of honor and discipline, he could not take what he saw going on at White House. Perhaps he was upset of the not so begnign neglect of our soldiers in Afghanistan.

IMHO, I have always found Corsi to be somewhat of a kook.

I don’t think he was a Navy SEAL. Just because he was an IO, does not mean he was a SEAL?
Per the linked Wiki and the referenced Newsweek article:
“He won’t say where he went in Iraq or precisely what he did there, except that he worked with Navy SEALs.”
