Democratic lawmakers in a handful of states are facing pressure from Republicans to distance themselves from the Service Employees International Union as a result of its ties to Acorn.
Republicans in Kansas, Virginia and Illinois in recent weeks have called on union-backed Democrats to return SEIU campaign contributions, citing the close connection between the union and the community organizing group, whose full name is the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
Acorn has been under fire in the past month after secretly recorded videos showed Acorn employees offering advice on evading taxes, setting up brothels and smuggling illegal immigrants. Acorn has called the actions unacceptable and has fired the workers involved.

De nada. I have a passion to see ACORN, the SEIU, and their affiliated organizations go down in flames. Burn, baby, burn.
These two young moviemakers and earthshakers deserve to put up for the Pulitzer Prize for their work! No chance to win due to their politics, but they should still be put up.

So, just who, or what are the names of all these community associations that form this association?
How do these individual organizations run ACORN, where is ACORN's constitution, and how are all grants/contributions to ACORN used or divided up between these (so far nameless) community organizations, how much and by which community org. for what reason? (Frog Racing Community Club of Chicago?)
Or, is ACORN a fake "association" and only associated with itself?
No way, they should get a Nobel Prize. If AL Gore and Arafat can get one, these people should be a shoe in.
What’s really encouraging about the ACORN scandal is that it has come about not only without being reported by the MSM, but in spite of the MSM’s concerted effort to spin and conceal it.
