Americans should stop buying UAW cars period.
ah, well...they call it The Internationale for a reason....
Wasn’t NAFTA signed into law by Clinton?
So let me get this straight. A bunch of UAW workers go down to the Mexican border to protest the loss of jobs to Mexico. So they are wanting to kill these border jobs and move them back to the States, thereby putting these Mexicans they are meeting "in a gesture of conciliation" out of a job.
MMMmmmK.
I feel sorry for the real workers at the auto plants (not the UAW scum). But after having my moment of empathy - I’ll never buy a car built by UAW members. I’m done with subsidizing the Democrats with automobile purchases.
When they call the roll in the Senate, the Senators do not know whether to answer “Present” or “Not guilty.” - Theodore Roosevelt
I was hoping for something more out of the movie “Hoffa”.
Yeah Mr. Union thug, NAFTA was signed into law by Klintoon.
Wonder how the NAFTA/Chrysler/Fiat 500 project is coming along.
.
Yes, it was sent to him by a lame duck democrat
majority Congress.
I am getting REALLY TIRED of the union thuggery. Time for an open shop country.
“Working men of all countries, unite!” ~ Frederick Engels, London, May 1, 1890
Outside education and the auto industry, what major pockets of unionism are left?
All Obama has to do is declare a merger between Government Motors and the Mexican drug cartels, and appoint a Heroin Motors Czar to run it.
Then the UAW could high-five the maquiladoras at the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge, and everybody would be happy.
And if they fueled their new energy-saving autos with marijuana or crystal meth, it would lower their carbon footprints and conserve fossil fuel, while making everyone within smelling distance happy.
Screenwriting, IIRC.
As an Employer I would close my doors before the Union would set foot in my Place,That is coming from someone who has seen both sides of that coin both good and bad unfortunately the bad is all you get from them nowadays.
Fiat was a little better than a Yugo, but not much.
Sporty and fast WHEN they ran.
Anyone have a list of what brands/models are not union made?
I was shopping for a new Ford Fusion. Turns out the motor is US, the transmission is European and the assembly is in Mexico.
