Found out yesterday that my doctor might not even get any shipments of vaccine due to a processing error. I will be getting the shot one way or another.

is the vaccine by any chance spiked with Obamadisiacs?

Not mine. This is one time I’m glad they already had the flu so I can give a valid excuse for them not to get the vaccine.

These early doses of swine flu vaccine -- all so far given as the nasal spray FluMist -- are being administered at hospitals in Chicago, Georgia and Nebraska, among other places.
My understanding is that the nasal spray actually causes the recipient to become infectious for a three week window once administered. So watch out for "outbreaks" or "hot spots" of H1N1 in the next few weeks in these metropolitan areas (you heard it here first). The only way of guaranteeing a pandemic is to spread it yourself. And we know how the current administration feels about allowing "a crisis to go to waste" ...

Someone posted an article which proposed that the high mortality rates during the 1920’s (?) epidemic may have due to excessively high levels of treatment with aspirin, about 6 grams per day.
Does anyone recall that post?
I personally don’t trust anything that comes out of the WHO or CDC, or any gvmnt agency.

Is there any credible statistical evidence that the swine flu is significantly worse than the regular seasonal flu in terms of its threat to otherwise healthy people (of death or any lasting problem)? So far, all I have heard is anecdotes and opinions.

I've spent an inordinate amount of time and money ensuring that nobody is able to insert steel, of any size or at any velocity, into my body. I'm not willing to write off that investment to make the Fuhrer's Minister of Voodoo Medicine feel important and relevant.

Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

I would trust no vaccine that was spawned by WHO or the Obozo admin.
Down the road, since they are pushing this for the young, I would not be surprised if the kids find themselves unable to conceive.
Won’t help them because they will never be able to sue anyone.
