Obama is an instant immunity against being called a racist for the next 20 years, or so many of his followers believe. Show overt support for Obama, either by putting a bumper sticker on your car, a sign on your lawn, or by giving him a Nobel prize, and you can't be accused of racism. It's a deal that's just too good to pass up. The "legitimate" Nobel prizes for chemistry, medicine, physics, whatever, are almost exclusively awarded to caucasians and light-skinned asians. This puts the Nobel organization in jeopardy, long-term. They give Obama a throwaway BS peace prize, also awarded to mass-murderer and mass-destroyer Yasir Arafat, and they are off the hook for a long, long time.
Or so they think.
When Obama hits the fan, his support will vanish in a flash. He'll no longer be black. He'll be half-black, at best. He'll probably "become white" as far as the media's concerned. All these gestures will go up in smoke with him.
