We are 10 months into his presidency -- and for the past 2 weeks, a top newstory is that *gasp* comedians are joking about Obama!!!!

It's good to see, but it is also an indication of how pathetically the news/entertainment business has been shielding this putz.

Nah, more like dawning perception.

Obama's going for an Emmy too.

He's nominated as Lead Actor In A Continuing Comedy.

And the mrs is going for the Female Award.

Unfortunately, their jokes are on us.

Their complaining he’s not destroying America fast enough for them. Not funny.

I was at a closed-door appearance(attendees checked for recording devices) of Jay Leno in 2004. He came on stage once they locked everyone in. Totally hilarious! He said nothing but nice things about W and really low-rated Bill Clinton. Absolutely savaged him! Just like he has seemed to turn on The Zero. He may be a closet Conservative who really has to watch his back. He's the only late-nite guy I have any real regard for.

Yes, it seems it might be. Sadly, McCain actually was on the right track in August when he launched his “celebrity” campaign, but after McCain blew the response to the financial crisis, people stopped thinking of him as experienced.

Well, they have to make fun of somebody, and W has been gone long enough that the George jokes just don’t cut it anymore.

I’m sure for a lot of comedians, making fun of Zero is like making fun of their Mommies - it hurts, and afterwards they just want to run over, give her a kiss and apologize.

They better watch out - CNN will be fact-checking their comedy routines.

Well, there can only be one explanation.

Late night comedians are racist....and probably terrorists too.

the lure of higher ratings may prove irresistible and obama and his goof ball team’s foibles fumbles and peccadillos are rich material for comedy (one step below tragedy)

“Ironically, his biggest accomplishment as president so far ... winning the Nobel Peace Prize.”
*************

It’s true. And as we have said here, his only accomplishments in politics up to now have been winning elections. He’s an empty suit.

What the article said about Carson is true- he joked about what people were already thinking, he didnt tell them what to think about the politicians he was mocking.

Letterboy needs a ratings boost to pay his future alimony and child support, him being such a proven sterling character to make jokes about other people’s imaginary character flaws

I just posted something very similar to this about two seconds ago.

He's capable of showing up and following schedules others created. He's capable of reading speeches others prepared. And he's probably capable of talking a lot of theory in meetings. In between those functions, I think he needs a lot of down time.

I don't think anything he ever did or will do results in anything tangible. If he does succeed in remaking and destroying the country it will be because it was ripe for such things and because there are other forces behind the scenes propelling him along.

It’s not “America” that he and his crowd want to destroy,

it’s the cultural foundation on which America is based that they want to destroy - utterly.
