Geert Wilders, the Dutch far-right politician, has won his appeal against the Government's refusal to let him enter Britain.
The politician, who has been accused of Islamophobia, was told at the start of this year by the then Home Secretary Jacqui Smith that he would be refused entry should he attempt to enter the UK.
But today's ruling by the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal means that Wilders could now be allowed into the country.
He was due to show his short film Fitna, which criticises the Koran as a "fascist book",

David Cameron’s government looks more and more likely.
Go Geert!
BUMP!
Now in the on-deck circle, Michael Weiner.
If the UK telegraph calls him “right wing” he’s probably quite some way to the left of reasonable.
When the muzzies set off a nuke in London, they’ll probably start getting it. For 8-9 months anyway.
Hey Telegraph, Wilders isn’t far-right. He’s a moderate. He just cares about his homeland and European culture.
And this is a good thing. A small thing, but a good thing.
I’d say if a person isn’t a Muslim he’s better be Islamophobic! Only a fool would think they pose no threat. Geert Wilders is not far right, but sensible. Just talk to an average European, not EU MPs, and you’ll see Wilders represents a mainstream viewpoint. Just as Tom Tancredo represents a very common point of view in the US and is vilified in the media, so does Wilders.
He is more patriotic and “right” minded then all of the quizlings in (once) Great Britain.
There is hope that Dr. Savage can get off the list, then, although for the life of me I don’t know why he would want to go to GB after everything they have done to him.
“Look, we weren’t nuked while Wilders was banned, this all happened after the ban was lifted. The nuke was a result of right-wing hate.”
Does anyone know how to email Michael Savage with this information? Seems to me his lawyers aren’t doing as good a job as Geert Wilder’s lawyers.
