How Crazy are those “Birthers?”
Canada Free Press ^ | Thursday, October 15, 2009 | By JB Williams

...after the terror attacks of 9/11/01, there were indeed a few Americans who honestly believed that the federal government was so corrupt that it was behind and responsible for the events of September 11th. Even though we all watched in shock, as hijacked planes flew into the twin towers, the Pentagon and a Pennsylvania field, these folks imagined that someone in Washington DC might have blown up those buildings instead.

These believers were labeled “truthers”—

Most Americans passed these folks off as crackpots—mentally unstable individuals
snip

So when very normal people starting asking who this grand nobody from Chicago was, who appeared out of thin air with a blank résumé and a billion dollar campaign fund from donors around the globe, they were labeled “birthers” for questioning the “Natural Born Citizen” status of a mystery messiah seeking the Oval Office.

Every mainstream media outlet in America has either ignored the question, or joined the chorus of pro-Obama propagandists in discrediting “birthers” as the same crackpots known as “truthers.”

What had “birthers” done that was so over the top? They asked to see Barack Obama’s birth certificate, and to date, they have been denied that “crazy” request. In fact, multiple law suits have been filed across the country in numerous forms, simply seeking access to Obama’s personal history, and most recently, a judge has fined one of those attorney’s $20,000 for “filing frivolous law suits” on the matter.

Meanwhile, taxpayers have picked up the tab for over $1.5 MILLION in Obama legal defense fees, used to keep Obama’s birth certificate, his school and college records, his passport and travel records and his law practice files Top Secret. So far, the “transparent president” is anything but “transparent.” He is the ONLY president in US history to hide his entire past.

Your COLB is a “Certificate” not a “Certification”?

What difference does that make?

From what state again? (I believe it was Kansas? No?)

No. Illinois for my daughter and myself. Ohio for my wife.

"An interpretation The definition of "natural born" that never occurred to anyone was not remembered until after the election."

There, fixed.

Dissembling for their obamessiah doesn’t require reading into the facts, just following the directions. Naivete is such a comfort for obamanoids don’tchaknow. Hawaii must be paradise since there is no crime there and no state official or government employee who could be bought off to help an affirmative action fradu along don’tchaknow.

So you prefer to believe people capable of the following level of deceit, okay, but it doesn't suit many who are following this case for months now:

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.
I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 ...”

In case you missed it, there is zero means by which this dissembling 'public servant', Chiyome Fukino, could know as a legal certainty that Barry is a natural born citizen, yet she makes the assertion as an official spokesperson for her corrupt state and your ilk swallow it gladly. In so doing, you folks identify yourselves with the corruption and embrace its use so long as it fits your goals.

What would the State of Hawaii have to do with Stanley Ann’s passport files?

If Fukino can't know for sure that Obama was born in Hawaii (and thus a natural born citizen) by viewing his birth records on file with the state, then why all the fuss about making those records public?

If Fukino can't know for sure that Obama was born in Hawaii (and thus a natural born citizen) ... Your perspective is glaringly obvious ... and disgustingly in step with the specious notion that anyone born on American soil is a natural born citizen. You ignored the 'legal certainty', which is not at all surprising given the agenda you represent.

You think its a specious notion, and I think its the truth. Apparently a majority of voters and no doubt many who did not vote for Obama think so too.

Typical of your ilk is to make such fallacious assertions ... google ‘the undistributed middle’.

“Besides, would it kill him to order a long form and then we just go away?”

I dearly wish he would. But that would require decency, something I suspect BHO lacks.

“Maybe a simple burglary will change events?”

Well, we can hope. Though I'd rather see a formal release through the proper channels.

The last thing any of us need is a “stolen” BHO BC that has something incriminating on it.

I was thinking something like Nixon.

We ain’t gonna see the BC anytime soon.

The cheapest one is something like $50-60 bucks.

Just get it as a treat and sip it. Then put a more affordable bottle to your head and pull the trigger. LOL

I did once lay out fifty bucks for a bottle of Booker’s.

It was certainly worth it.

Then I made the miscalculation of trying a bottle of Knob Creek. That put me off of Bourbons for a fair while.

The distiller describes the finish of Knob Creek as “Long, rich and glowing.” I describe it as “Whhhhhhhhheeeeooooooowwwww...”

If I may interject here, speaking for myself, I don’t have a copy of my (long form) birth certificate. I had to obtain one twice, once to get a driver’s license, and again for a Passport. (as a side note I’d never even heard of a distinction such as “long form” before all this controversey broke out; anyway...)

Speaking of the Passport, how could he have gotten one without this “long form”?

My main point is that it’s not that unreasonable to have missplaced one’s “long form” birth certificate, at least IMO.

This isn’t to say there aren’t questions left unanswered in this controversey. After all, if he wanted to clear this up, then he should have released the “long form” already. And then of course there is the issue of the theoretical possibility of obtaining a record of live birth that didn’t occur in the state. Impossible now, but possible then through the now discontinued territory registry (or something like that)

There remain some open ended questions that prevent (at least some) “birther” doubts from going the way of typical “conspiracy theories”. However even given these possibilities, my personal theory is that Obama is considering this the best $1.5 million his campaign has ever spent.

I too would not have even entertained this whole thing were it not for Barry O. posting a COLB, which is a foreign document to most Americans and contains errors of protocol.

There is no reason to create confusion but, for the fact he is hiding something. That something will be discovered, though and this is a long process.

“I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school. It’s a short piece, with a photograph of him. No mention is made of my mother or me, and I’m left to wonder whether the omission was intentional on my father’s part, in anticipation of his long departure. Perhaps the reporter failed to ask personal questions, intimidated by my father’s imperious manner; or perhaps it was an editorial decision, not part of the simple story that they were looking for. I wonder, too, whether the omission caused a fight between my parents.”

From “Dreams From My Father” (Pg. 26 last paragraph)

So with all these Birth Certificates lying around, why did he feel it necessary to produce a "Certification of Live Birth" that is inconsistent with a Birth Certificate and wholly lacking all of the information you would find, in you know, a Birth Certificate?

He seemed to have some emotional attachment to the Birth Certificate found among his mother’s belongings.  Why wouldn’t he just slap that one up, for all the world to see?

I can't believe he lost something that important to his past and identity.  I don't mean legal identity but one's personal search for answers of their past.
