All the TransCanada folks have done since signing is go around and beg for more Gov’t money. The AK gas was going to go to help turn Cdn tar sands into oil for sale to the US - not bad in and of itself.
The open season will be interesting.
In the meantime, due to roadblocks at the DNR, no new drilling for gas here (Cook inlet) and possible shortages/power outages this winter...
