But actually *being* a natural born citizen is mentioned and is an absolute requirement. The birth certificate is just part of the means of proving or disproving the assertion of natural born citizenship.
The birth-certificater's 'means' of trying to cause trouble, but it's not in the constitution contrary to birth-certificater's daily claims. I bet many past presidents didn't have birth certificates at all. I know my aunt never found hers, it was a mystery all her life which was in the USA.
