I heard this guy on the original call-in to Shep. I wondered if his words were a pre-emptive strike on behalf of his cousin. 'Hasan was being harassed', 'he had already hired a Military attorney'. Perhaps time will tell if the shooter had ANY reason for his actions (no reason is good enough for what he did). It just sounded like the cousin was trying to lay a foundation for a Defense (even though the shooter was already dead, maybe a defense for the family).

I think they should go on the lay-low and stay there. There's nothing they can say that would convince me that this man loves America. He was in the service, but didn't want to serve.
