to those out of MN. WCCO in Minnesota’s most liberal local news-station with a smarmy anchor we call DFL Don. (dfl is MN democrat party)
One question I’ve always had...it seems that most farmers and rural folk I’ve encountered over the years (through the National Grange and other organizations and working in outstate Minnesota) have been very down-to-earth, family oriented, common-sensical, and otherways conservative; so how did they ever get lumped into the Democrat-Farmer-Labor party?
And if the Iron Range unions and urban metrosexuals are the ones responsible for electing our plethora of Democrats, why do the farmers stay part of the DFL?
