I’m so sick of you folks who cannot seem to understand that there is a difference between a “citizen” and a “natural born citizen”

Like the guy in the black robe?

I’m a perfect example. I’m a citizen due to my being born in California. But I’m not a natural born citizen because my father wasn’t a citizen at the time I was born

That's odd. My son was also born in California. His mother (my wife) is not a U.S. citizen yet my son is a natural born citizen as recognized by the U.S. Constitution and all current legal precedent.

Me? I'm sick of birthers who are pimping their fictional definition of Natural Born Citizen, a definition of eligibility created specifically to be one that Obama couldn't meet, as though it is the Law of the Land and then acting incredulous that nobody is buying it.

Again, I'll repeat, Nobody. Is. Buying. It.

Thats odd. My Daughter was born in PA. I am a natural born citizen, as both my parents were citizens at the time of my birth.

However, my daughter is not a natural born citizen. My daughter is a dual citizen, with rights to two countries. Her mother is not a US citizen.

So why is it that your son is not endowed with rights to two citizenship's? And if he is, why cant he run for president in the US and then run for president in his other country of citizenship? And which would he then be loyal to if he were to exercise that right? Please reply.

Everybody is buying it, that’s why his poll numbers are cratering.

Btw NancyDrew-—your son is not nor will he ever be a Natural Born Citizen and if you’re not careful he may grow up to be a bed-wetting, simpering, Obama rumpswab like his dad.

To your picture, Remember this was not the real oath of office because for some reason it was performed wrong and had to be re preformed in the dark of night with no camera’s. So

all is not what it seams quite often.

LOL. ROFL. HAHAHAHAHA!

It's nice to see the afterbirther Obots joining the fray.

By the way, my brother was born in California to TWO (2) (dos) parents who were NOT US citizens, and he understands quite well that he is a CITIZEN, but not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. He knows that he can NEVER be president.

You trolls sure provide us a good amount of entertainment. Love it! ;-)

Your son is not a natural born citizen as understood by the founders at the time the Constitution was written and ratified. Nor am I (born in Canada). Nor is Barack Obama (non-citizen father, born ???). Nor is John McCain (born in Panama).

We are all given our citizenship per act of Congress because we could as easily claim another country. (Canada, Nigeria & Britain, Panama) I’ve accepted that I am precluded from holding the office since I was a small child (it was actually fun to tell the third grade school teacher she was wrong with great confidence when she insisted I can be or do anything I wanted when I got older, even president).

Hate to burst your bubble, but your son is not a Natural Born Citizen. Sorry.

You are wrong. The use of the term is validated. They were using the term as it was used in international law. They wanted no Commander in Chief with any jurisdictional allegiance to the U.K., etc.

Your son is a native born citizen BY LEGAL STATUTE. He is not now, nor will he ever be, eligible to be President.

There is no ‘right’ to be President. One must meet the eligibility requirements. Many citizens don’t meet the requirements. And yes, it is the law of the land no matter how hard you try to pimp it otherwise.
