As chief of the Executive branch, among a U.S. President's greatest powers, is that of powers of appointment.
Obama is a disaster area in this area. It is not by accident, nor by full incompetence, that this is so, but rather it is by design. The man is full-bore socialist, in the very least, if not actually arguably Marxist (commie-to-the-core) though he takes great pains to appear otherwise.
His appointments tell the tale, if nothing else does.

Obama gave himself a “good, solid B Plus” grade. He credited his administration for making the tough decisions on the economy, winding down the war in Iraq and implementing “the best possible plan” for Afghanistan.Unbelievable.
