My guess is that the taxes are going to be masked from John Q Public because he gets his health insurance via his employer and a payroll deduction. But I hope there are enough people out there smart enough to realize what’s going on. I guess we’ll see.

Eventually, masked or not, people will see larger deductions out of their pay checks, their checks buying less and they will feel the pinch.

I very much want to see Governor Rick Perry back up his strong talk about the 10th Amendment with some solid action for the state of Texas.
If he compels the Texas AG to file a 10th Amendment suit against the feds over Obamacare, I think our neighbor, Oklahoma, will join us.

Ease-up, padre. We're all on the same team, I hope. The frustration is with folks that didn't vote against oBow-ah because "McCain wasn't the right candidate". Understood. Yes, it's water under the bridge. We need to forge ahead as a TEAM and rid this great Nation of the libs that are steering us down a road of no return.

I think a more appropriate last name for this gentleman would be Axelgruber.
Does kind of look a bit like a cross between a Chicago thug and Mr. Schickelgruber’s famous son.
That's how I see it. Anything else is a waste of time and energy. It's also counterproductive to keep slamming people that you want to see things your way. I'm not saying you're doing that but the other two make it their sole occupation.

Yes, and it has to be many more than there were in 1995 too and some unafraid of “closing down” the government. But I don’t think the American people will go along. This socialism is contagious.
I personally think Perry has so few devotees that he won’t be back in January 2011. We may have a Democrat state House with a Democrat governor. Oh, I’ll vote for Perry again, but I won’t enjoy doing it.
