The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-three percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -21

The provision you are talking about is BS. It is totally unconstitutional, you can't simply put a provision into a bill to stop it from being repealed, the constitution says otherwise. He can try it but with a majority in the house/senate or even one of the houses, we will put a stop to that crap in a hurry. Not only that, the stupid provision is a great item to use for overturning the whole bill in the Supreme Court. We will win this thing if we can swing the votes next November and keep plugging away at these communist pukes.

the problem with obamacare is that liberals expecting a public option will now have to pay a fine if they don’t buy private insurance. You can’t really patch that pain over with gay marriage and other tokens.

If that isn't a reason for folks to have hope, I don't know what is. Obama is truly toast, and he hasn't even made it to his first anniversary yet.
