The south side of Chicago is a very violent place. Sad to say for the decent people who live there. The criminal gang element there has made that place a war zone.

agreed, as a ChiTown FR want to add some background. Take the worst area of any city you live in and mutiply it by 5. Thats 47/State, 47/Michigan, 47/Prarie. This is Dorothy Tillman's former ward.

On 47/State a line of dangerous housing developments called the Robert Taylor were tore down the last 6 years and the residents scattered.

This guy was lucky, much worse could've happed walking around near midnight wearing a suit in that neighborhood.
