Ya betcha. Add the endangerments, the threats, the sordid past, and the violated probation and you got yourself an effective LWOP.
But don’t go kicking him in the head after catching him just because you’re fuming mad.
The DA and the prosecutors are not going to charge them, whether you like it or not.
If you don’t like their decision, feel free to go protest outside city hall, or call CNN and complain.
There is a bright side to all this stuff. More and more cell phone cameras are catching our public servants in these acts of brutality. That must really tick them off. ;0)
