Yes, it gets really cold here. We have several days a year below zero....but we also have several days a year over 100 degrees. I love the weather extremes and the definite change of seasons. Our weather is never boring.

One of the reasons I moved back north from Florida. Missed the season changes. Things just get brown down there.
This community has such weird weather..you never know what you’ll get as the area sits on the stream that runs off the great lakes. Being right on the margin here I can travel 15 minutes and be in a white out storm, yet have nothing on the ground outside my doorstep!
