Good point. Really I think it's used as a slur. The liberals are making a reference to the fact that the pythons are unable to produce credible birth certificates. I’m in Houston. I have a 20+ year old Satsuma orange tree. I tented the tree with a surplus parachute with a kerosene heater underneath.

At 9:30 pm it was 25.2 degrees just south of Gainesville Florida. It has been extremely cold here for the past week or so. The heat in my office was out all last week, miserable way to work I tell you!

Heat is out all over the place. My sister is an organist at a church in Jax. Their heat died a few days ago and she could barely get the organ to croak.

Too many cold days in a row. I hope your lights help but here East of Tampa, I think I will lose my kumquat tree and much else. Covering just is not going to be enough. We have been here since 1985 and this is the coldest and the most cold days in a row. Last year was bad too but this is down right scary.

1976 killed huge swaths of orange trees.

W. Broward here. I just turn on my gas oven once in a while to keep the house above 70. I’m not used to wearing long pants this many days in a row though. It’s really cold!
