And no, I think if anyone were called upon to verify those records, from her department, and what they have from the State of Hawaii, it would be the head of the department for the State of Hawaii who is charged with producing a certified copy of such a record in the first place. That's the very person who made the official statement from the State of Hawaii.
No..., she would be precisely the person to testify in such a case... there's no other department that can produce a certified copy of the birth certificate (anywhere in the world) and there is no other "head of department" (anywhere in the world) that oversees those records which prove that Obama was born in Hawaii.
