Comcast is already infringing on "open internet access." And it is dangerous to liberty to allow a monopolistic type internet provider to have that much control on what is sent and rec'd.

I agree about Comcast, but my problem here is whether the FCC is overreaching in its power. If they are, then it’s a bunch of bureaucrats exerting power that we the people (through our reps) didn’t give them. I can’t tolerate that even if I agree with what they’re doing.

As with the global warming alarmists that claimed to be concerned about the well-being of the planet when in fact they are pushing a political agenda, the same thing is happening with the so-called Net Neutrality push. It all sounds very good and high-minded, but many of those in this movement really are seeking control of information on the Internet. The Obama admin can't be trusted on this issue, nor can any other politician.
