I watched a guy in a standoff with police in Santa Cruz California in the mid 1980s. The police sent in a Police dog and the guy shot the dog. About 15 Police officers opened up on the guy. Looked like he was doing St Vitus dance.

No kidding? I was hiding behind a buddys car @ the 76 station across the street. I was working in Scotts Valley that day, perp came into the store and ranted about not being sold display flags we had on the ceiling...crazy s**t...I used to see him on the bus in SLV all the time. He used to talk to his backpack.
