This should read, "He was left paralyzed after he shot one police officer and was then shot down by another police officer which ended the massacre."
What IS this guy’s medical status? Paralyzed, as originally rumored?

There are many patriotic Americans who just happen to be criminals. Hope the guy gets stuck in general population, someone will be along to take care of the problem swiftly.
The cynic in me wonder if sombody is hoping he’ll get shivved - no trial, no embarassing revelations, everybody can put their heads back in the sand.
There may not be the appropriate pre-trial detention facilities at Ft. Hood. After his court-martial, he'll be transferred to USDB at Ft. Leavenworth. He'll remain there, on death row, until his execution.

Excellent catch - the black male officer who actually brought Hassan down was given virtually no recognition. And I cite his race and sex because I believe they are why he wasn't recognized - wouldn't want the homies to get any ideas about rejecting Islam...
