The Drummond is a Frenchie-built dinghy. It does carry a sting, though, as it is armed with the Exocet.

Where are they hiding the 14.5 inch gun? I can’t believe that the gun on the front is a 14.5 inch. Maybe, but it sure looks too small.

The last time the Argentines violated British waters they lost the submarine Santa Fe (formerly USS Catfish) in Georgia and the cruiser General Belgrano (formerly USS Phoenix) in the British proclaimed “exclusion zone”.

I guess some lessons just don’t stick - especially when you are dealing with Peronistas turned communist.

Fine. HMS York does carry two Vulcan Phalanx CIWS, NATO Seagnat, and DLF3 Decoy Launchers. The remainder of York's armament consistes of Twin Sea Dart Missile launchers, a 4.5 inch Mk 8 gun, and two 20mm Close range guns. The ship's Lynx helo can carry the Sea Skua AShM as well as other weapons.
