Resales bad there too?
Come on man, Obamma is going to make everything wonderful.
The town I’m in was weak prior to everything going to hell,(anything good here would sell for twice as much anywhere else) but I didn’t know how bad until my real estate guy told me about a home in town I really liked a lot. A Georgian style brick, 4,000sf, upgraded and in a good area. Sold one time for $600K was offered for $400K and sold by the bank for $188K. I’ll be here for a while.
Ouch.
I know about 20 percent of hmes in the town east of here are in default.
Prices have tanked.
Bedroom community an hour north of Palm Beach.
No jobs and now folks can’t even afford to drive to ones that may exist in the south
GOD help us all

Why cant I go see my congressman who doesnt believe in gun laws? Why cant I carry my gun into congressmens offices or go to his home and knock on his door and say, Dont be worried. I have a gun. You want me to have a gun. Why is it they want to be protected by all the federal money ... to protect all the federal bureaucrats, but when it comes to us in the city theres no protection?
FYI, thug, I can (and have) carried a .45 into the Texas State Capitol Building. It is quite legal, and I know that many others do so as well. For some reason, no one gets shot, despite the fact that there are some rather intense political disagreements.
We assassinated President John F. Kennedy. We assassinated Martin Luther King. And we assassinated Robert F. Kennedy and were proud of that.
Does the phrase "jump the shark" mean anything to you, thug? FYI, each of these people was murdered by a lone assassin, not by any kind of "we."
I am SOOOOO glad that I don't live in that thug-controlled $hithole, and that I live in Texas, Free America.
Maybe he was misquoted, by someone that doesn't understand a New York Italian accent:
"The policeman isn't there to create dis order; the policeman is there to preserve dis order."
I think that it is actually a brilliant observation, that police don't make the rules, dey only enforce them. :>)
We can do it here in MN as well. We just need to send a written letter to the State house or Court building we plan on visiting. Capital security should still have my letter on-hand. ;-)
He said this at a press conference during the Chicago Democratic Convention riots.
