ObamaCare Means a Two-Tier Health Care System
Pajamas Media ^ | March. 9 | James Lewis

The most important amendment Republicans must propose for Obama’s Medi-Grab bill is a very easy one:

Resolved: that all federal and state employees must enroll in ObamaCare, without exception.

Any violation of this amendment will be punishable by a fine, imprisonment, and/or loss of federal or state employment. Enforcement of this provision will be overseen by a popularly elected commission, whose proceedings will be open to the public via the worldwide web.

“All federal and state employees” includes every member of Congress and the executive branch — those who currently have the finest medical insurance available in the country today (courtesy of you and me).....

Superb healthcare for the 2 million plus Nomenklatura of the old Soviet Union required the crappy healthcare of the other hundreds of millions to subsidize it. History parallels closely.

Can we at least exempt active duty military? Our armed services deserve better (the socialist-in-chief doesn’t).

I disagree with using federal law to punish state employees of states that did not support this nonsense. I DO agree that all congress members, along with everybody on their paid staff, along with all federal employees should be subjected to whatever "public option" congress forces on the riff-raff.

I heard Hussein, in one of his many stupid speeches about this “reform”, say that the coverage that will become available is exactly the same as that provided to government employees including members of congress. Dear Reader wouldn’t lie to us, would he?

Got this e-mail today!

Finally, some good news to act on!!.

Forward this as fast as you can!

On Tuesday, the Senate health committee voted 12-11 in favor of a
two-page amendment that would require all Members and their staffs to
enroll in any new government-run health plan..
It took me less than a minute to sign up to require our congressmen
and senators to drink at the same trough!
Three cheers for Congressman John Fleming of Louisiana !
Congressman John Fleming ( Louisiana physician) has proposed an
amendment that would require congressmen and senators to take the same
healthcare plan they force on us (under proposed legislation they are
curiously exempt).

Congressman Fleming is encouraging people to go on his Website and Sign
his petition (very simple - just email).
I have just done just that at: Form is at the bottom of the page at the site.

http://fleming.house.gov/index.cfm?sectionid=55

Please urge as many people as you can to do the same!
If Congress forces this on the American people, the Congress should
have to accept the same level of health care for themselves and their
families.
To do otherwise is the height of hypocrisy!
Please pass this on!!.

“Code Red” - House Target List on Health Care
The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.
